Achievements and Contributions
Annual Resident Fund Drive (2019 – 2024)
Colleen’s meticulous approach to our Annual Resident Fund Drive has been instrumental. Her responsibilities have included recording and documenting mailed donations, maintaining organized records, and updating resident information in our database—efforts that have been vital to the drive’s smooth and successful operation.
Annual Fair, Vendor Support (2019 – 2024)
For each Annual Fair, Colleen has skillfully marked and outlined craft vendor spaces in Argyle Park, ensuring an organized and welcoming environment. This fair, which draws over 25,000 attendees each year, relies on dedicated volunteers like Colleen to provide an enjoyable experience for vendors and visitors alike.
Annual Fair: Food and Beverage Booth Support (2019 – 2024)
Colleen’s reliability shone as she managed the beverage booth during the Annual Fair. She carefully accounted for all cash and credit card transactions, demonstrating her trustworthiness and strong work ethic. Her cheerful presence added to the enjoyment of fairgoers, creating a positive experience for the community.
Merchant Sponsor Fundraising (2019 – 2023)
In a leadership role, Colleen updated our roster of merchant sponsors, personally collected contributions, and managed financial records for our business sponsorship program. Her work ensured essential support for our initiatives and fostered more robust relationships with local businesses.
Christmas Market (2021 – 2023)
At our beloved holiday market, Colleen volunteered her time selling beverages, adding to the festive spirit while helping with event operations.
